SET will provide consulting services to identify potential vulnerabilities in the effectiveness of the organization’s management system that supports safety execution within the organization. A Senior SET Consultant will meet virtually with senior, mid-level leadership, and other line leaders as necessary to discuss their role and participation in safety. A series of questions will be developed to identify how leaders view safety and feel they support and carry out their responsibilities and authority within safety. Each virtual session will last approximately 30 minutes.

Deliverable: Management System Performance Report
A written report will be completed capturing virtual interview content outlining potential vulnerabilities in responsibilities and authority within the safety process. The report content will assist in developing on-site assessment criteria and focus areas and the content will be included in the final combined assessment report.
