SET Solutions’ Leadership Team takes great pride in custom-tailoring its programs and services to meet the diverse needs of our ever-increasing client base. Programs range from full-service safety management programs to on-the-job program development, to site-specific safety training programs.

In addition to our leadership team, SET utilizes a multitude of safety professional consultants with top credentials and years of hands-on experience. We carefully evaluate each project to ensure our clients are partnered with the right consultant.

Pam Tompkins

Pam Tompkins


Pam Tompkins is President and CEO of SET Solutions, LLC. She is a 40+-year veteran in the electric utility industry. Pam is a founding member of the USOLN (Utility Safety and Ops Leadership Network), previous chairperson, and was the recipient of the 2021 USOLN’s Executive Leadership Award.  She is a regular contributor to the iP magazine and other industry safety journals. As a member of IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers) and ASSP (American Society of Safety Professionals), Pam has authored and presented technical papers on electric power safety issues at Electric Safety Workshops, national conferences and Department of Energy EFOCG meetings.

Pam worked in the utility industry for over 20 years and has provided electric power safety consulting for the last 22 years throughout North America, the Caribbean, and Central America. She has supported utilities, contractors and other organizations operating electric power systems in designing and maintaining safety improvement methods and strategies for organizational excellence.  She is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), a Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP), and an OSHA authorized instructor.

Matt Edmonds

Matt Edmonds is Vice President of SET Solutions, LLC. He is a Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP), a Certified Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST), a Certified Instructional Trainer (CIT) and a published author with over 16 years of safety management experience. He is also an OSHA authorized instructor for General Industry and Construction standards. Matt provides specialty safety management services electric power organizations throughout the United States, and he has been instrumental in the development of training courses designed for electric power organizations including OSHA 10- and 30-hour courses and NFPA 70E electrical training and program development services. Matt presently works with utilities and contractors to provide technical and safety specific training, leadership and HPI consulting and training, safety perception surveys, site audits and assessments, Root Cause Analysis and safety process evaluation and program development.

Pam Brandi works closely with our clients to maintain relationships and is dedicated to providing the highest quality customer service. In addition to client relations, Pam also manages the daily operations of the SET office, as well as cash management, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Barry Tompkins

Lyndall W. Dantzler, MBA, CPA, CGMA


Lyndall Dantzler, CPA is the Outsourced Controller for SET Solutions. She is a Certified Public Accountant with over 24 years of accounting experience. Lyndall grew up in an electric power safety household and has used this knowledge, along with her accounting proficiency, to provide specific financial consulting and support with certain client projects.

Lyndall obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Wofford College and earned her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from The Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. She also holds Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
